I placed an order but where are the code’s for opening the lock?

  • We have received a note saying that registration and payment has been made, but not received an email back containing: confirmation of membership/their name added to the drop-down list enabling courts bookings/gate code. Just to let you know we have Tammy working at the back end to manually process the orders. While we target getting this information to you within 48 hours after payment, sometimes with systems down, grandchildren demands, and life, it might be a tad longer. Thanks for your patience and don’t hesitate to follow up with us if you have concerns.

Where is my confirmation email (buying/reservation/password)
